Last week, we shared a list of 21 Things to Do This Summer, and we found ourselves talking a lot about food. (Seriously, we need hobbies that don’t involve eating, but let’s not dwell on that right now.)

Longer daylight hours somehow make us feel like there’s more time in our weeknights — perfect for a Tuesday baking session or a pre-weekend cookie bake-a-thon on Thursdays.

This is our Summer Baking Bucket List. If there’s anything we’ve left out — or anything you’ve tried recently and are like, “GUYS, you need this,” comment below and we’ll add it!

  1. Lemon-blueberry pound cake
  2. Banana pudding cupcakes
  3. Strawberry-peach tart
  4. Oreo truffles (in even more flavors, of course)
  5. Greek yogurt peanut butter pie
  6. Banoffee pie (a chocolate-banana-caramel delight)
  7. Chocolate pudding cookies
  8. Glazed blueberry scones
  9. Chocolate chip cookie-brownies
  10. Macarons (maybe experiment with a chocolate-dipped strawberry one?)
  11. Mud Cake (an Australian treat that sounds so decadent I can barely stand it)
