I’ve been a huge fan of Erin Motz’s “Bad Yogi” brand (and lifestyle) for years—and not just because she was my college roommate. Her yoga videos on YouTube challenge and recenter me, but the best part is that they make you feel completely at ease, no matter what skill level you’re at.

She released a 90-second video today that’s been a year and a half in the making and spans multiple countries. It offers just the perspective I need to keep in mind when I’m struggling with falling short of expectations—either my own or somebody else’s. Failure is all too real, but so is the beauty of learning from those missteps, as Erin illustrates:
